For others Fall can make us feel like we have “Fall” en. The change in temperature and schedule can have a depressing and/or sluggish impact. How do we cope?

Embrace the transition with a detox. Depending on your level you can detox for 1 day, 3-4 days, or 1 week. During your detox eat whole foods only, hydrate with half of your body weight in ounces. Avoid caffeine, processed foods, and sugar during your detox. Incorporate light stretching. Schedule your chiropractic adjustment to rebalance your nervous system and strengthen your immunity. This will help you to embrace the change in temperature and uptick in schedule gracefully. Also schedule a 60-90 minute massage and/or self-massage each night during your detox period with an oil.

Upon completing your detox, think about the wonders of Autumn. Autumn brings in a chill, so grab your favorite cup of herbal tea and sip away to stay hydrated in the lower temperatures. Discover your favorite herbal tea, what is it? Autumn brings stunning and energizing showcases so be sure to go leaf color viewing. Hear the crunch from the leaves as they begin to crisp and gently dance down to the earth from the light autumn breeze. Embrace the Autumn!
